An Enlightenment for One to Achieve, Next For a Nation to Accomplish

It is pretty clear of what Balakosa wants to do in all of our program, and what kind of result we wants to achieve. Balakosa wants to make an entire nation to inspire by what we do, and in the end will contribute in the whole process of reaching our goal. Balakosa believes there are five essential aspect we should remember in order to inspire others:

We have to make people feel their presence do matters for us with full sincerity

We should provide the sufficient knowledge for others to absorb, in order to make people know our purpose, stories, and goals

We should make people to feel their approval or disapproval will influence the larger opinion pool in the society, because their voice will make either the majority go bigger or smaller

We should encourage people their contribution will make an impact with their own special way, because each individual have their own vision of seeing things and it will resulting to the production of a diverse solution

We should put our trust with the right proportion over people's ability to enhance their confidence

Because when we make an effort and take our first step to inspire others, we are in a mission of sharing valuable beliefs and build a new territory of enthusiasm and optimism. Hopefully, it will trigger action, or even commitment, and devotion.

For the past 1 months, Balakosa has expand its reach from communicating through digital platform to direct communication with several potential fellow Green Supporter, i.e. our consumer. We have a deep conversation with 10 our consumer, and we are feel blessed to have an opportunity to influence a very unique 10 individual on how to see the future of Indonesia's agricultural and horticultural industry. One of our consumer put a very large interest with our program and its even motivates him to create a similar program. Because he sees the benefits and the profitability in this industry can be explore in a manner that is not hurting the nature and the people who contribute in the process, because he support of Balakosa perception that in order to create a sustainable business we have to empower as many people as possible, contrast with majority of commercial business who sees the people outside the company as an obstacle to conquer.

Ifan Naufal Nugroho, one of our fellow Green Supporter stated that he wants to collaborate with Balakosa especially in the culinary business. He sees there are a hidden potential especially in the process of cultivating the local produce. He thinks that we should not limiting ourselves when it comes to cultivate the local produce, and we should be more fearless and creative. For example, incorporate the latest cooking technique such as molecular gastronomic cooking, but still true on the very basic purpose of why Balakosa Kitchen is exist; make the local produce as the star of each dish. Ifan inspired by how the simplest thing such as to promote Indonesia's local produce able to be implemented in a more sophisticated way, more suiting on modern people's way of think. Because he thinks that when it comes to discuss Indonesia's agricultural and horticultural industry, the first thing that comes into his mind is a very serious, boring discussion. Which is not interest him at all, and he thinks that the way Balakosa brought up the issue is Balakosa make it light, but also emphasized that this is an industry where everyone's contribution needed, we should go big and we cannot go home; because we only one home, its either make it or break it. Ifan feel that one communication session with Balakosa as an awakening session that actually his interest towards other thing which is culinary industry, able to be transfer into the developing of Indonesia's agricultural and horticultural product.

Balakosa have a faith, that one day it is not just one, two, or a hundred, or a million people that able to be inspired by what we've done as a company and as a partner of our nation to achieve Indonesia's as an independent country in agricultural industry. Because this which what we call an enlightenment is our duty as a part of the citizen of Indonesia to create a massive change in the society. The remaining question for us, or for all of us is; whether it will be written as an evolution, or a revolution of Indonesia's agricultural and horticultural industry journey.
